💰 Prices
* £20 per hour, before 6pm
* £5 per additional player, per hour
* All hours after 6pm are £40 per hour, for to 5 players
🕗 Opening Information & Times
* Open to members and visitors
* Open daily from 8:00 am
* Minimum booking: 1 hour
* Last entry: 6:00 pm

* Same-day bookings: accepted until 5:00 pm

* Please note: no spikes permitted in the simulator

* Relax between shots in our comfortable lounge area.
* Enjoy direct intercom access to the clubhouse for food or drink orders.
* Ambient lighting and USB charging ports are available for your convenience.
🍴 Food & Drink
* Order freshly prepared meals or snacks directly to your simulator bay.
* A full bar menu is also available — subject to kitchen and bar opening hours - usually the kitchen closes at 4pm.
📅 Booking Advice
* Allow approximately 1 hour per player for 18 holes.
* Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure setup and a prompt tee-off.
* Report to the Pro Shop upon arrival.
* Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
⏰ Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend a booking.
* Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your session, will result in the loss of your prepayment.
* Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booking without penalty, subject to availability.
* Refunds: Refunds are only issued if a cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance or if the facility must close due to unforeseen circumstances.
* Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time.
Late arrival may shorten your session but will not extend your booking.
